Tradition and modernity

We use traditional techniques with modern methods.

Grandfather Enrico learnt the art of pruning and vineyard management from an early age and has passed it on to his family.

For a natural management of the vineyard we fertilise as much as possible with natural products such as manure from our neighbours, pollen from our hens etc.

We are not certified organic and do not want to be. We use products permitted in organic farming as much as possible, but we consider certification unnecessary for a small business like ours.
