Vinum Rosae
Piemonte DOC Rosato
The wine of Rosa, the rose wine, there is a play on words here, which can be freely translated..Dry and citrussy, it is made from Barbera grapes from our vineyard and then matured without the skins. Its pink hues and pleasant, dry and fruity taste make it irreplaceable with appetisers, anchovies, oysters, fish, young and blue cheese, vegetables and white meats.
Vinum Rosæ 2021 received a score of 91 points from Luca Maroni and 3 stars at “Vini buoni d´Italia – Wine Guide of Touring Club Italiano -only authoctonous wines”.
It is served at 12-14°C.
Errore Rosso
Red Wine
This vivacious wine was born by chance. The ruby red colour will lead you to try it at room temperature. Wrong! Try it chilled (13-15°C) and an incredible velvety and fragrant body will surprise you!
Try it with young cheese, grilled vegetables, white meat.
Corsico Rosso
Red Wine
Our first wine for sale is Corsico Rosso.

Goes well with red meats and mature cheese. To be enjoyed at 18-20°C.
Bottles produced: 616 and numbered and signed by hand.
Corsico Rosso “Etichetta Nera”

14% Vol.
To be enjoyed at 18-20°C with vigorous dishes such as veal and very mature cheese.
